Run8 V2 and remote desktop?

On the weekends I am often at my parents and as such I do not have access to my desktop with Run8 on it. Was wondering if anyone has experience trying to use Windows Remote Desktop with Run8?

Also, if anyone has suggestions on how to get a rail driver to work through the remote desktop.

Any input would be appreciated.

I got a chance to try this out this weekend. Definitely not recommended. You could probably go on to check and see where trains are, update the registry with weights and lengths, but definitely not running. It is simply too choppy over remote desktop, and that is even over just a local network, not the internet. Guess I will be waiting until I can get a second copy of Run 8 for the laptop.
