Hey guys just curious about something, When looking at the maps from Run8 Depot the Orientation for West to East is 'Left to Right', however this last job the instructions said to attach power to the 'East end of Ramp 7, then shove the train to attach to Ramp 8! (which would have the power in the middle of the string of cars). Do most of the departures from Hobart Leave from the 'East' end of the yard? or would I have to rotate my view (while in the sim) to line things up with the work list instructions? Tim

real world BNSF long dist departures at Hobart leave towards the East, some local transfers at times to the waterfront leave west bnd so to speak. Hobart is a place to keep domestics away from the congestion along the L.A. water. PHL pretty much is the waterfront front. LAJ pretty much handles BNSF for the most part (being part of the BNSF family) & that's in the Vernon general areas. They're all intertwined to some degree. Tim, Hobart keep it simple, Longs Dist Departures = East Bnd back towards CAJ-Pass (DS-Screen).

This is a mistake on my part. The instructions should have been to attach power to the east end of ramp 8 not ramp 7, then shove back to attach to ramp 8. Sorry for any confusion.

Thanks Clint, for clearing that up for me, I thought I get back on server in time to ask you about it, but you were gone when I returned. So thanks again.
