I've definitely noticed a decreasing trend regarding the number of folks in the Sunday night operating sessions, as well folks doing work between sessions. We are averaging about 6 folks on Sunday nights, and about 3 or 4 folks logging on and doing work outside of Sunday night.
I really enjoy the operating sessions, it feels great to see trains moving and the interactions between train crews and dispatchers, this is something I would like to have more of actually. Perhaps a reduced geographical scope and/or eliminating work at the intermodal yards would be something to look at. I have proposed something similar in the past, but folks seemed to enjoy having the opportunity to get on the server outside of Sunday night and do some jobs.
Anyhow I put this out there to share what I'm seeing. I'd really appreciate your inputs.
Thank you, Mike

I know I haven't been on as much as I have in the past. This is mainly due to working from home and sitting in this chair for 10 hours, I don't always want to spend more time in this chair. I've also been trying to get out a bit more to enjoy the nice weather. I do enjoy the large geographical scope but realize it's a lot of work to get done. I'm not sure how we move forward. Hopefully everyone is just taking some time off and participation will pick up a bit more soon.

I’ve been attending Sunday sessions whenever I’m available, but not doing much of anything between sessions. I see there are quite a lot of jobs available that don’t require DS, so perhaps I will try doing some more midweek work.

To be realistic, in the past participation was lower in the summer months because of folks taking vacations and getting outside more, and then in the fall participation would grow some. Let's just keep aware of the situation and if we get into a situation where we are falling behind it may be necessary to postpone the Sunday night session for a week.
I think we are in good shape for tonight's session. I have some things to check on this morning and afternoon to be sure.

As I'm in a normal daytime work in continental europe Sunday Night sessions are unholy times for me so I prefer to do work between your sessions. Additionally I also need to put garden, a bit biking, taking care for food, beer garden excesses and my mate into my daily time planning.

PS: did my first 2 register entries today (well, tonight for me). Yay to me if I not messed up anything xD

Entries in the registry look great, so does the power assigned to both trains. Thanks for the help, much appreciated!
