Question: I apparently bought and downloaded several trainsets, both locomotives and rolling stock, but didn't install them. I'm guessing I didn't install them because trying to do so now brings up the "enter transaction code" window. The transaction codes are, of course, no longer good. Will they give me another one or do I have to repurchase those items?

I'd certainly try sending them an email. I know when you first make the purchase you get an email with the download link and transaction code. "If you have any trouble during download, please contact us at either customercare@3dtrainstuff.com or hiball@run8studios.com and include a description of the problem. Also, include the Purchaser's name and Transaction ID."
I haven't had to make a request like this before so I don't know what might happen. But I have always found the folks at Run8 to be great on several other topics.

As far as I know, Transaction ID shouldn't expire, but they do have a limited number of installs before they are no good. But yes, send them an email and they should send you a new one. I've had to do this several times, including just last week.
