Is there a source for which type of car goes to specific industries? I started on an industry config for the Bakersfield sub last night and realized that, while clues are in some industry names and/or buildings, that isn't true for all of them.

If you're working with a blank industry file that doesn't have the car types filled in already, it can be a bit of a chore. I usually like to use Google Maps, look at an aerial view, and see what's spotted there. You can also look at the yards or nearby tracks that serve an industry and see what sitting there. I've even seen what the industry name is on the map, then went to the company website to see what they do and make an educated guess as to the cars they'd get in/out. It all depends how realistic you care to be.

Run8 did a very good job on the new 20 dollar add on. They did a good job describing the Oak Creek local and that is just one industry.
Also check out Run8Depot once they have new maps out for the latest add ons.
Thanks

Turns out the industry configuration didn't automatically load (I don't know if it was supposed to) so I had to manually load it. I knew something was up when it spawned autoracks for a grain industry, lol.
